BREEAM

BREEAM is a wide ranging form of environmental assessment. Applicable to all commercial developments, BREEAM assesses each building on a number of environmental principles. Points are awarded against each principle with an overall level given at the end of the process.

FES has experience of producing large volumes of BREEAM assessments for a range of clients. We know that each site needs to be assessed on its own merits with no generic advice given; so this is the service that we provide. By doing this it is possible for us to give advice that saves money on build costs by offering different routes to compliance.

A specific assessor is allocated to each case and will be your single point of contact for all technical matters throughout the construction process. This way the assessor gets to understand the case and your construction methods in detail.
